Vincent Tze has been Chief Executive Officer of Enhanced Investment Management Limited since its inception. Since then, he has played a pivotal role in driving our growth, shaping strategy, and fostering the organisation's culture.

Vincent has guided the firm in strengthening its reputation for excellence and integrity. With a hands-on approach to leadership, he remains closely involved in day-to-day operations, overseeing the implementation of policies designed to enhance efficiency and ensure consistent, sustainable growth.

Before founding Enhanced Investment Management Limited, Vincent served as Deputy Chief Operating Officer at Morgan Stanley and later as Chief Investment Strategist at Credit Suisse. His extensive career in global finance has endowed him with a wealth of insights and expertise, which have been instrumental to the firm's continued success.

Stephanie Chang joined Enhanced Investment Management Limited in 2014 as a Senior Financial Adviser for private investors before being appointed Chief Financial Officer in 2015.

During her tenure, she has developed a deep understanding of both financial markets and the firm's internal operations. Her strategic vision, together with her extensive industry expertise, has been key to our achievements. Her financial analysis and reporting continue to guide our strategic planning and strengthen long-term stability.

Prior to her current role, Stephanie held senior positions at leading international institutions across Europe, including UBS, JP Morgan, and BPCE in Paris, before returning to South-East Asia.

Lawrence Browne has served as Chief Compliance Officer at Enhanced Investment Management Limited since 2014, ensuring adherence to both internal policies and industry-wide standards.

By maintaining the highest professional and ethical standards, Lawrence has been instrumental in shaping our organisational culture. He has established a robust compliance and governance framework that underpins our investment strategies and operational practices, reinforcing the firm's reputation for excellence.

Prior to joining the company, Lawrence was Compliance Director at Wells Fargo in Hong Kong and Global Head of Compliance at Crédit Agricole Group.

Frasier Hamilton has served as Chief Operations Officer at Enhanced Investment Management Limited since its founding.

He began his career with Deutsche Bank within its Accounting and Administration division, where he advised a number of leading international firms across Asia and worldwide. He subsequently held senior positions at Standard Chartered Bank in Hong Kong, where he was a Senior Portfolio Director, before joining Citibank Group. Frasier also gained experience with Santander and BNP Paribas, before returning to Hong Kong to join HSBC.
